As a Machine Learning Developer, you will design, build, ship, and operate model-driven applications. You will solve scheduling and resource-allocation problems while directing AI coding agents. The work combines algorithm development, evaluation, production reliability, and customer-facing delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Design optimization applications for production deployment at scale
Develop APIs, data ingestion, multiprocessing, and automated testing
Build evaluation systems for model behavior and feature confidence
Specify AI agent tasks and review outputs for correctness




Monitor availability, manage deployments, and respond to customer issues
Requirements: Five or more years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field
Robust object-oriented programming, algorithms, system design, and testing
Strong Python experience; Java or Kubernetes experience is beneficial
Experience developing reliable, resilient mission-critical systems
Use Python, optimization algorithms, evaluation, and AI-assisted engineering to deliver reliable ServiceNow customer outcomes.
