Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Engineering, Setting, Maintenance and Reliability, the Manager oversees processes, reporting, and systems. The position supports Directors and cross-functional leaders while improving project management standards. It manages engineering data, capital project governance, and department reporting for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Manage engineering databases, reporting, and Power BI automation
Administer Sofina AFE submissions and approval processes
Provide PMO governance for large strategic projects
Develop engineering standards,



specifications, and equipment libraries
Maintain SharePoint standards and master data systems
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology
Seven years of similar capacity experience
Cross-functional leadership in complex stakeholder environments
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project skills
Power BI dashboards and automated macro development proficiency
Apply engineering management, Power BI, and capital project governance expertise to strengthen Sofina’s reporting and systems.
