This Mechanical Engineer position requires at least five years of relevant design engineering experience. You will develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs for HVAC, hydronic, steam, compressed air, plumbing, and controls systems. The work includes project management, client relationships, technical quality, and interdisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed mechanical plans and specifications
Develop studies and schematic designs for current systems
Survey installations and improve existing systems
Estimate construction budgets for mechanical systems
Support construction supervision and project delivery
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Current P.Eng registration with EGBC, APEGA, or APEGS
Five or more years of design engineering experience
Knowledge of HVAC and central utility systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit
