Key Responsibilities: Develop material management workflows and responsibility matrices
Coordinate procurement activities with engineering and material control
Develop discipline-specific staffing plans and identify suitable skillsets
Manage personnel and provide performance feedback for development




Analyze material reports and resolve data inconsistencies
Requirements: Four-year accredited degree and twelve years’ related experience
Alternatively, sixteen years’ combined education and directly related experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and complex data interpretation
Effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
Attention to detail, technical knowledge, and timely decision-making
Bring material management leadership, procurement coordination, Excel expertise, and analytical judgment to Fluor project delivery.
