This Vice President leads the Strategy Metrics and KPI function within Enterprise Architecture and Modernization. The work spans technology strategy, analytics, data architecture, and hands-on implementation. You will define metrics across modernization, resilience, engineering excellence, platform adoption, data readiness, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Define and govern technology strategy metrics and KPIs
Develop leading and lagging indicators for leadership visibility
Establish measurement approaches across major strategy pillars
Produce dashboards, trend analyses,



and executive reporting
Design architecture for enterprise strategy datasets
Requirements: Vice President-level data and analytics engineering expertise
Experience with technology strategy and KPI governance
Knowledge of data architecture, analytics, and data quality
Ability to define semantic models and metadata standards
Experience applying machine learning or AI-based techniques
