Key Responsibilities: Direct staff within the Whitehorse office
Lead multi-disciplinary teams executing major projects
Develop annual business plans and office objectives
Coordinate market development and proposal efforts
Monitor project schedule, financial, and technical performance
Requirements: Civil Engineering Degree from an accredited institution
Registration or eligibility with Engineers Yukon
12+ years in design, construction, and management
8+ years in consulting engineering
Municipal infrastructure and multi-discipline project experience
