Key Responsibilities: Translate customer and market insights into product opportunities
Contribute to the Capitalstream product roadmap and priorities
Lead discovery sessions and cross-functional requirements workshops
Collaborate with engineering on feasible solution options
Serve as product owner throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
10+ years in financial services, lending, risk, or underwriting
5+ years managing enterprise fintech software products
Deep knowledge of the lending lifecycle
5+ years using Agile methodologies and Jira
