Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join a leading Financial Institution supporting key initiatives within the Payments organization.

This individual will work closely with senior Project Managers and business stakeholders to support the planning, coordination, and execution of payment-related projects across the organization.

The Associate PM will be responsible for maintaining project plans, tracking milestones and dependencies, managing RAID logs, coordinating meetings and working sessions, and ensuring action items are completed on time.

This individual will work across Business, Product, Operations, Technology, and Risk teams to help drive projects forward and provide clear visibility into project status.

The ideal candidate will have previous project delivery experience within Financial Services and a robust understanding of the payments landscape, including areas such as cards, electronic payments, money movement, payment processing, or payment modernization.

This person should be highly organized, comfortable working across multiple workstreams, and capable of communicating effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
3-5+ years of Project Management / Project Coordination experience
Previous experience working within Banking or Financial Services
Experience supporting payments-related projects or programs
Strong experience maintaining project plans, RAID logs, milestones, dependencies,



and action items
Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across Business, Product, Operations, and Technology
Strong Power

Point and Excel skills with experience preparing project status updates and reporting
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
PLUSSES
Experience with credit/debit cards, payment processing, money movement, or payment modernization
Knowledge of Canadian payment rails and the broader payments ecosystem
Experience supporting large-scale banking transformation programs
PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certification
