Job Description
We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise product-data modernization initiative across a complex global technology environment.

This individual will coordinate execution across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Quality Engineering, Change Management, and business teams.

The role requires someone who can build an integrated program plan, manage cross-platform dependencies, identify risks early, and translate complex technical issues into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

This is not a traditional project-management or status-reporting role.

The successful candidate will help shape how the transformation is executed, create alignment across multiple teams and platforms, and drive decisions in an environment with significant ambiguity.

Responsibilities:
• Translate enterprise transformation strategy into explicit milestones, sequencing, roadmaps, and integrated execution plans.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Quality Engineering, Change, and business workstreams.
• Develop and maintain an end-to-end view of cross-platform dependencies, risks, decisions, and readiness.
• Align individual product roadmaps and engineering delivery plans with broader program outcomes.
• Partner with senior engineers, architects, product leaders, and business stakeholders to determine technical sequencing and resolve complex issues.
• Identify architecture, data, integration, platform, and downstream-system dependencies before they affect delivery.
• Establish critical paths, decision points, ownership, and measurable readiness criteria.

• Drive risks and issues to resolution rather than only documenting or reporting them.
• Lead cross-platform testing, release readiness, cutover planning, operational readiness, and go/no-go decision-making.

Skills and Requirements
• Significant experience leading large, complex technology programs involving multiple Product and Engineering teams.
• Experience managing technical dependencies across applications, platforms, integrations, data, and globally distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering and product-delivery practices.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise transformation, modernization, or cross-platform technology programs.
• Ability to influence senior Product, Engineering, Architecture, and business leaders without direct authority.
• Experience creating integrated program roadmaps, governance models, execution frameworks, and decision-making processes.
• Proven ability to identify systemic risks early and drive cross-functional teams toward resolution.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to translate technical complexity into business-relevant language.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments where ownership, sequencing, or direction may not initially be clear.

• Experience within retail, merchandising, supply chain, product technology, or product-data environments.
• Experience leading product-data, master-data, hierarchy, analytics, planning, or enterprise-platform transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Agile product development, Jira, technical roadmaps, architecture governance, quality engineering, release management, and operational readiness.
• Experience supporting globally distributed Product and Engineering organizations.
• Exposure to platforms such as FlexPLM/PLIM, Anaplan, Snowflake, Thought

Spot, Power BI, or comparable enterprise systems.
• Experience coordinating legacy-to-future-state data mapping, reconciliation, integration, or migration activities.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.

We are an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters.

Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.

If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or the recruiting process, please send a request to [email protected].
