Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Junior / Intermediate Software Engineer for a technology client in a fully remote, full-time role.
In this position, you will contribute to new product development within the legal technology space, building backend features using Go and supporting frontend development with React.
The team is also integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) to support advanced document analysis and data processing.
We're looking for a motivated, curious developer who is eager to learn, has strong technical fundamentals, communicates well, and is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Skills and Requirements
Exposure to or experience with Go
Experience with React
Strong understanding of software testing practices, including when to use unit vs. end-to-end testing
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team
Understanding of secure software development practices
Prompt engineering experience
Personal, academic, or professional AI/LLM projects
Exposure to integrating LLMs into applications
