The Youth

League and Program Manager position at Canlan Sports involves overseeing Youth Leagues, Learn to Skate, Learn to Play Hockey Programs, and Camps. Leadership, innovation, and a focus on customer service are key aspects of this role. Adherence to approved Canlan Sports policies and on-site schedules.

Occasional travel for team meetings or conferences. Staff management, program operations oversight, optimizing customer experience, and financial management. Oversight of part-time instructors with an emphasis on consistent program delivery.





Customer Relationship Development: Fostering a customer-focused culture. Building strategic partnerships internally to drive the success of Canlan Sports.

University

Degree or College Diploma in Business, Recreation, Facility Management, or related. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. ~ Experience with camps and community programs. ~ Robust organizational and customer management skills.
