This role focuses on teamwork, community building, and day-to-day management.As the Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations of Home Base Programs while aligning with 360°kids' mission. Collaborate closely with the Manager of Youth HUB to implement activities that meet program goals. You will ensure program compliance with regulations, guide staff development, and provide strategic direction to create impactful programming for youth.Key Responsibilities:Organize and manage day-to-day operations of Home Base ProgramsCollaborate with management to facilitate engaging activitiesEnsure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulationsProvide reports to the Manager of Youth HUB and regulatory agenciesLead staff training, development, and retention initiativesRequirements:Post-Secondary degree/diploma in Child/Youth fieldThree years of experience with at-risk youthCurrent First Aid/CPR certificationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of youth-related issues and community resourcesEnhance your leadership and program management skills while making a difference in the lives of at-risk youth.
