Applies principles of accounting to analyze financialinformation and prepare financial reports.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare year-end working papers for externalauditors; Prepare quarterly financial statements andcovenant computations required by lenders; Reconcile federal and provincial income taxaccounts to interim statements and Notice of Assessments; Prepare stub period income calculations; Prepare common area maintenance (CAM) and realtytax (RT) reconciliations; Prepare utilitycharge-back computations forhigh usage tenancies; Review leases and be proficient in operatingexpense recovery provisions and definitions; Respond to tenant inquires related to CAM and RTinvoices; Work directly with the realty tax consultant ontax bills and tenant allocations; Record year-endaudit entries, validate finaltrial balance and Financial Statements,
