As a Strategy Consultant in Wawanesa’s Corporate Strategy group, you will advise senior leaders on business challenges and market opportunities. You will analyze macro trends, industry dynamics, competitors, financial information, and insurance metrics. Your insights will support strategic choices, customer experience, revenue growth, and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct competitive intelligence research for executive leaders and the Board
- Analyze macroeconomic, industry, regulatory, company, and strategic trends
- Perform financial analysis and competitor benchmarking




- Support strategic projects and business partner strategies
- Assist enterprise strategic planning when needed

Requirements:

- Two to three years of P&C; or Life insurance experience
- Bachelor’s or post-secondary degree in Business, or equivalent experience
- Robust research, analysis, presentation, and communication skills
- Insurance industry and financial analysis knowledge
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
