Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with residents and address their concerns
• Manage leasing from initial inquiry through recent resident onboarding
• Monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets
• Collect payments and inspect the property
• Facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests

Requirements:

• One to two years of relevant experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an asset
