Design Intel power delivery systems in Toronto, using power integrity simulation and hardware debugging for next-generation GPUs and AI accelerators. This in office role supports advanced platform development. As a Power Delivery Design Engineer, you will develop end-to-end solutions from concept through implementation. Your work spans multi-phase regulators, PDN modeling, transient analysis, PCB design, and platform validation. You will collaborate with AI hardware, silicon, board design, software, firmware, and systems validation teams.Key Responsibilities:
Develop end-to-end power delivery designs for Intel platformsBuild and correlate VRM-to-die power integrity modelsAnalyze DC IR-drop, impedance, transients,
and Ldi/dtDesign package and PCB decoupling and stackup strategiesCorrelate bench measurements with simulation resultsRequirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldFive-plus years designing low-voltage, high-current multi-phase regulatorsExperience with Cadence Sigrity, Ansys SIwave, SPICE, or similar toolsPower delivery modeling across die, package, and PCBOscilloscope and data acquisition experience for hardware debuggingApply power integrity, regulator design, simulation, and debugging expertise to Intel’s Toronto AI compute platforms.
