This hybrid role includes travel.As Senior Project Manager and Team Lead, you will manage engineering projects across Western Canada while supervising project managers and coordinators. The work includes cost controls, schedule management, earned value management, risk management, and client service. You will guide delivery from pursuit through closeout and support consistent practices across Stantec’s Power Delivery program.Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple Power Delivery engineering projects across Western CanadaLead multidisciplinary teams through design and construction servicesSupervise, coach,
and mentor project managers and coordinatorsImplement standardized processes, templates, and quality practicesBuild client relationships and contribute to proposalsRequirements:
Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experienceAt least three years managing medium to complex projectsProject Management Skilled designation requiredPower Delivery technical background in utility engineeringProficiency with project management software and reporting toolsApply senior project management, earned value management, and team leadership across Stantec’s Western Canada Power Delivery practice.
