This project-based work supports client sites throughout the province.Echo NDE seeks an experienced IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician for leadership-focused industrial work. The position combines inspections, maintenance, repairs, specialized trade work, and secure execution of rope access activities. You will guide Level 1 and Level 2 technicians while supporting safety, quality, and client-focused service.Key Responsibilities:
Ensure rope access activities follow IRATA standards and company policiesPerform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and specialized trade workPlan rigging setups and complete hazard assessmentsConduct toolbox meetings,



rescue plans, and emergency responsesMentor and evaluate Level 1 and Level 2 techniciansRequirements:
Valid IRATA Level 3 certification in good standingMinimum two years of industrial IRATA Level 3 experienceStandard First Aid certification and valid driver’s licenseStrong rope access theory, rigging, hauling, and rescue knowledgeLeadership, communication, safety, and problem-solving skillsBring advanced rope access, rigging, rescue, and leadership capabilities to Echo NDE’s Alberta client projects.
