As a Product Manager at TribalScale, you will lead product discovery and delivery in close collaboration with clients, designers, and engineers. This is a consultative, client-facing role—you will be embedded in delivery teams, guiding decisions from problem definition through execution.You will be expected to balance strategic thinking, delivery execution, and strong communication, while operating comfortably in ambiguity.Importantly, our PMs are expected to be AI-fluent—both in how they work day-to-day and in how they help teams build AI-enabled products.You bring a strong bias toward delivery and productivity. You actively unblock teams, maintain momentum, and help translate plans into real progress on a weekly basis. You are comfortable making pragmatic decisions to keep work moving,



and you take ownership for ensuring teams deliver meaningful outcomes—not just well-documented intentions.What You’ll Do
Product Discovery & Strategy
Partner with clients to understand business problems and translate them into clear product opportunitiesLead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and alignment sessionsDefine product goals, success metrics, and outcomes—not just featuresEvaluate trade-offs and make informed recommendations in uncertain environmentsDelivery & Execution
Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and roadmap planningCollaborate closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutionsEnsure clarity of requirements, acceptance criteria, and scopeProactively manage risks, dependencies, and changing prioritiesClient Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders (including Director and VP-level)Communicate clearly and confidently about progress, risks, and trade-offsHelp clients understand the “why” behind product decisionsRepresent TribalScale’s product and delivery maturity in every engagementAI Expectations (Core to the Role)
AI for Personal & Team Productivity
Actively use AI tools (e.G. LLMs) to improve your own effectiveness, such as:
Drafting and refining product documentationSynthesizing research and stakeholder inputsSupporting analysis, planning, and decision-making
Continuously explore and adopt AI-enabled workflows for product management and deliveryBuilding AI-Enabled Products
Collaborate with Engineering and Design to help shape AI-powered product experiencesDemonstrate a working understanding of:
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patternsHow LLM-based systems are designed, scoped, and evaluatedKey considerations such as data sources, grounding, hallucinations, latency, and cost
Help define requirements, constraints, and success criteria for AI featuresTranslate AI capabilities and limitations into clear, practical guidance for clientsNote: You are not expected to build or train models—but you are expected to understand how AI systems work well enough to guide product decisions and conversations.What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or similar role) in:Consulting, agency,



or client-facing environmentsCross-functional teams with Engineering and DesignStrong experience leading discovery and delivery simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfort operating in ambiguous, quick-changing contextsAI & Technical Fluency
Hands-on experience using AI tools in your day-to-day workFamiliarity with modern AI product patterns, including RAG-based systemsAbility to collaborate effectively with engineers on AI-related initiativesStrong technical curiosity—even if you are not an engineerConsulting Mindset
Confident facilitating conversations with senior stakeholdersPragmatic, outcome-focused decision-makingAbility to balance client needs, delivery constraints, and business realitiesComfortable giving and receiving candid feedbackNice to Have
