Lead strategic pursuits for WSP’s Property & Buildings business across Western Canada, using capture planning and proposal development expertise. This role can be based in any WSP office in Western Canada.As a Strategic Pursuit Manager, you will shape positioning, capture plans, and proposals for high-value opportunities. You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies. The work supports sustainable growth across Property & Buildings markets.Key Responsibilities:
Lead Go/No-Go decisions for strategic pursuitsDevelop capture plans for major opportunitiesAnalyze markets and competitive intelligenceLead compliant, timely proposal developmentMaintain prospect records in Oracle and business systemsRequirements:
Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline8+ years in pursuit, capture, proposal, or business development managementExperience developing winning pursuit strategiesUnderstanding of Alternative Delivery Projects procurementAdvanced communication and presentation skillsApply strategic pursuit leadership, capture planning, market analysis, and proposal expertise to WSP Property & Buildings growth.
