Service Coordinator

As our business continues to grow, we have a career opportunity for a Service Coordinator for our Ontario Division – working from our office in Barrie, Ontario.

Overview of role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the work of our service technicians along with managing the day-to-day administration of the service department.

Primary Responsibilities

- Manage customer service enquiries.

- Direct line to the customer and all required follow up for technician onsite support and related needs.

- Technician scheduling.

- Quote creation for parts and service

- Ordering of quoted parts.

- Tracking progress and adapting the service schedule as needed.

- Tracking parts and parts movement.





- Document Control & Coordination – including training records

- Proactively monitor service agreements dates and Onsite

- Miscellaneous support duties.

Job qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of experience in service coordination or similar role.

- Proficient in all forms of communication.

- Autonomy, positive sense of priorities and ability to work in a team.

- Familiar with Windows, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency when required.
