Senior Amazon Marketplace Specialist – Full Time

Company: e11ement
Job Type: Full-Time, In-House
Salary: Competitive, based on experience, with performance-based bonus opportunities

About e11ement

e11ement is a proudly Canadian skincare and wellness brand specializing in hypochlorous acid (HOCl) products. Since launching in 2021, we've grown into a recognized Amazon bestseller, expanded into major retail channels including Walmart Canada, and continue to build our presence across North America.

We're an entrepreneurial, fast-moving company with ambitious growth plans. We're now looking to bring our Amazon marketplace operations in-house with an experienced, results-driven specialist who can take ownership of our Amazon business.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who understands Amazon inside and out and has a proven track record of growing sales while improving profitability.

The Opportunity

As our Senior Amazon Marketplace Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, advertising, and growth of our Amazon Canada and Amazon USA marketplaces.

You will work directly with company leadership to develop and execute strategies that increase revenue, improve organic rankings, optimize advertising spend, and maximize profitability.

We want someone who is analytical, proactive, resourceful, and genuinely excited about building a successful e-commerce brand.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Marketplace Management

- Take full ownership of our Amazon Seller Central accounts in Canada and the United States.
- Manage and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, A+ Content, and Brand Stores.
- Monitor account health, listing suppressions, compliance issues, and marketplace performance.
- Manage inventory forecasting, FBA replenishment, stock levels, and inventory performance.
- Identify and resolve operational issues that could negatively impact sales.

Amazon Advertising & PPC

- Develop, manage, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Monitor and improve ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and overall advertising profitability.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing campaign optimization.
- Identify opportunities to reduce wasted advertising spend while increasing organic and paid sales.
- Develop advertising budgets and strategies for current product launches and existing listings.

Sales Growth & Optimization

- Develop strategies to improve organic search rankings, conversion rates, and overall marketplace visibility.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, including pricing, promotions, keywords, and product positioning.
- Identify opportunities for new products, bundles, promotions, and marketplace expansion.
- Coordinate product launches and seasonal sales campaigns, including Prime Day and other major Amazon events.
- Monitor customer reviews, feedback, and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Reporting & Profitability

- Track and analyze sales performance, advertising costs, Amazon fees, and product-level profitability.
- Prepare weekly performance reports highlighting revenue, advertising efficiency, profitability, and growth opportunities.
- Establish measurable KPIs and continuously work toward improving them.
- Use data to recommend actionable strategies to company leadership.

Collaboration & Execution

- Work closely with our marketing, creative, production, and fulfillment teams.
- Coordinate listing content, imagery, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Manage Amazon support cases and troubleshoot marketplace issues.
- Help develop long-term strategies to scale e11ement's North American Amazon business.

Qualifications

Required

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Demonstrated success managing and scaling established Amazon brands.
- Strong experience with Amazon Advertising Console and PPC campaign optimization.
- Proven understanding of ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, conversion rates, and marketplace profitability.
- Experience with Amazon SEO, keyword research, listing optimization, and A+ Content.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience managing Amazon FBA inventory and replenishment.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take full ownership of results.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- Experience with Amazon Canada and Amazon USA marketplaces.
- Experience with beauty, skincare, personal care, or consumer packaged goods.
- Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, Perpetua, or similar Amazon analytics and advertising tools.
- Experience with Amazon Brand Registry, promotions, and new product launches.
- Understanding of Amazon's product compliance and restricted-claims policies.
- Experience transitioning Amazon account management from an external agency to an internal team.

What We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone who simply monitors campaigns or maintains listings.

We're looking for someone who thinks like an owner.

Someone who:

- Takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
- Understands the relationship between advertising, organic sales, and profitability.
- Can identify problems, develop solutions, and execute quickly.
- Is comfortable being accountable for measurable business results.
- Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment where their contributions make a direct impact.

What We Offer

- Full-time employment with a growing Canadian brand.
- Competitive compensation based on experience.
- Performance-based bonus opportunities.
- Direct involvement in business strategy and decision-making.
- The opportunity to take ownership of an established Amazon business.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial working environment.
- Significant opportunities for professional growth as the company expands.
