We are a national company providing kids and adult value priced book programs. We have been working with retailers since 1980.

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to build customer relationships and grow business across an assigned territory. This role combines outside sales, B2B sales, and business development, with regular customer visits and collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable presenting solutions, managing accounts, and identifying opportunities to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

- Prospect for current business and develop relationships with potential customers through in-person visits and other outreach.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Track progress toward business goals and share relevant market insights with the team.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales, particularly B2B sales, is preferred.




- Demonstrated ability in business development, prospecting, negotiation, and account management.
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, and customer relationship skills.
- Comfort learning and explaining products or services;
- Ability to assess customer needs, interpret sales information, and plan territory activity effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within an assigned territory may be required.

Pay: $35,200.00-$121,000.00 per year
