Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, retail management expertise, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies
- Lead, motivate, and develop retail staff through training and performance management
- Oversee merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and sales opportunities
- Manage POS systems, pricing strategies, and inventory purchasing to maximize profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Oversee payroll processing, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping tasks
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Monitor store budget and manage expenses effectively
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote store offerings and brand presence




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized store environment

Skills

- Proven supervising and team management experience in retail settings
- Strong negotiation, sales management, and customer service skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer engagement
- Proficiency with POS systems, merchandising tools, and retail software
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with phone etiquette
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development, and leadership roles
- Knowledge of budgeting, pricing strategies, marketing techniques, and store management principles
- Administrative experience including bookkeeping, payroll processing, and inventory control
- Strong math skills for cash handling and financial calculations
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
