Responsibilities

Correct assembly binders and manufacturing routings used for the fabrication or assembly of aircraft components;
- Interpret, verify, and approve drawings and other documents issued by the engineering department;
- Establish assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components;
- Define the tooling required for the fabrication or assembly of aircraft components to ensure the required geometric tolerancing;
- Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategy updates by working closely with the engineering, materials logistics, quality, and production departments;
- Actively support production by coordinating the resolution of technical issues with other support departments;
- Identify opportunities to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies while participating in research and development projects;
- Support the Central Methods team in the execution of their projects;
- Update the Methods documentation structure and perform SAP analysis to identify needs and optimize production;
- Eliminate non-value-added activities;
- Establish labour, tooling, assembly, layout, ergonomics, health and safety, and production equipment requirements according to optimal methodology;
- Participate in the development and optimization of processes related to the methods function;




- Audit certain processes to validate their proper functioning and provide recommendations;

- Manage short- and/or medium-duration projects of varying complexity.

Candidate Profile

You hold a college or university diploma in mechanical, avionics, electrical, industrial, or electromechanical engineering, aerospace manufacturing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience;
- You are comfortable reading technical drawings and have strong 3D visualization skills;
- You have a strong analytical mindset along with good logic and mechanical aptitude;
- You demonstrate excellent teamwork, perseverance, and sound judgment;
- You are familiar with CAD software and ERP systems such as Catia, AutoCAD, Enovia, and SAP;
- You are bilingual (French and English).
