Bilingual Customer Service:
You will deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers, primarily wearers, while also working closely with internal teams such as Account Management and departmental Line Managers. Your responsibilities include maintaining agreed service levels across telephone, email, and webchat channels, ensuring all customer queries are handled efficiently and resolved at first contact wherever possible. You will take ownership of customer issues, providing accurate information and delivering a positive experience at every interaction. In addition, you will ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and within the required timeframes to support our commitment to excellent service. Meeting performance targets set by the business is essential to success in this role.

This Client is in the apparel / textiles / uniform & workwear industry. They supply corporate clothing and uniform solutions to businesses and individuals — including ready-to-wear uniforms, bespoke uniforms, technical / high-performance workwear, and other uniform solutions

- Fully Bilingual (French/English) – Oral & Written Assessment to be completed
- 2-3 years of Customer Service experience from a call centre environment, ideal candidate will not have a ton of movement on their resume – if they were on contract please ensure that is clear on the resume
- Experience within apparel/textiles/uniform or workwear industry would be a huge asset but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
