What We’re Looking For

- Carpentry Experience: Good basic carpentry skills and hands-on experience using power and hand tools safely.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy timber and materials, handle demanding physical labor, and comfortably climb in and out of boats throughout the day.
- Eager to Learn & Adapt: Openness to try new techniques, take direction, solve unique marine problems, and exercise creativity.
- Reliable & Long-Term Mindset: Looking for a reliable, long-term role within a growing business.
- Comfortable on the Water: At ease working outdoors in varying coastal weather conditions and traveling by boat.
