About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Optical Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in optics, passionate about customer service, and driven to help our patients look and see their best. This position involves working closely with customers, managing product orders, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting the perfect frames and lenses based on their prescription, lifestyle, and preferences
- Take accurate measurements for eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Fit, adjust, and repair frames to ensure proper comfort and vision
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Work with suppliers to order products, verify shipments, and ensure quality control
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction




- Refer patients to the optometrist for exams or prescription updates when needed
- Support various business functions and contribute to overall growth initiatives

Qualifications

- Optical experience is required – candidates without prior optical experience will not be considered
- Proven sales experience in an optical, retail, or healthcare setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- Must be available to work weekends
