Position Overview

We are seeking a polished, energetic, and customer-focused Junior Sales Associate / Cashier to join a luxury retail environment in Montreal. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional presentation, and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The successful candidate will assist with sales, cash transactions, merchandising, inventory management, and daily store operations while maintaining the high standards expected in luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a professional, warm, and attentive manner, ensuring an elevated shopping experience.
- Support the sales team in identifying customer needs, presenting products, and promoting sales.
- Process purchases, payments, exchanges, and returns accurately through the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a polished and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is presented according to brand standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising, product displays, replenishment, and product organization.
- Support inventory management, including receiving merchandise, restocking, and maintaining accurate stockroom organization.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.




- Assist with opening and closing procedures and other daily operational tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales objectives and maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or cashiering is an asset; experience in luxury or premium retail is a plus.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance, a positive attitude, and a strong customer-service mindset.
- Sales-oriented, proactive, and comfortable engaging with customers.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to support the team wherever needed.
- Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the store schedule.
- Comfortable handling cash transactions, using a POS system, and assisting with inventory and merchandising.
