Job Overview

We are looking for reliable, professional, and detail-oriented individual cleaners to join our commercial cleaning team as independent contractors.

Duties

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean assigned commercial spaces.
- Clean and disinfect washrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas.
- Clean floors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces according to client requirements.
- Follow site-specific cleaning checklists and instructions.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
- Report any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns identified during cleaning.
- Complete assigned jobs efficiently while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail.

Experience

- Previous commercial or institutional cleaning experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of professional cleaning methods and products is an asset.
- Training or guidance may be provided for specific client requirements.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are essential.

Requirements

- Own cleaning equipment and supplies: You must provide your own cleaning tools, equipment, and cleaning products.
- Reliable transportation:



You must have your own dependable transportation to travel to assigned job locations.
- Two professional references: You must provide two references who can speak to your reliability, professionalism, and work ethic.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada: You must be legally permitted to work in Canada.
- Reliable and punctual: You must arrive on time, respect agreed schedules, and complete assigned work as expected.
- Professional and detail-oriented: You must take pride in your work and maintain high cleaning standards.
- Able to work independently: You must be comfortable completing assigned cleaning tasks without constant supervision.
- Flexible availability: You must be open to weekday assignments, including evenings and after-hours cleaning.

The Ideal Candidates

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
