As a Client Support Representative, you'll play an important part in maintaining the quality of service we're proud to provide. From handling inquiries and account requests to sharing information about our products and services, you'll help ensure clients receive the attention, guidance, and support they deserve.

You'll also work alongside our sales team, helping clients explore available services, addressing their concerns, and contributing to positive, lasting relationships. It's an chance to put your communication and problem-solving skills to good use while becoming a valued part of our team's work.

What you will do:

- Provide friendly, professional assistance and make each client interaction a positive one
- Learn about client priorities and suggest products or services that match their needs
- Explain product features, current promotions, and service details to help with purchasing decisions
- Look into client concerns, find practical solutions, and help resolve issues in a timely manner
- Handle transactions, service requests,



and account updates accurately
- Maintain clear, organized records to make follow-ups and ongoing service easier
- Exchange feedback and ideas with coworkers to improve how clients are supported
- Stay informed about available products, industry updates, and company activities

- Clear communication skills and a thoughtful approach to client service
- Comfort communicating with people in person and through digital channels
- Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to solve problems
- A cooperative attitude and the flexibility to work with different personalities
- An interest in learning new things and keeping up with a busy workday
- Experience in customer service, sales, or account support is helpful, but not essential
- Dependability and flexibility to work full-time hours
