- Provide friendly, qualified assistance to customers via phone, email, and in person, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately
- Engage customers through active listening and clear communication to understand their inquiries and offer tailored solutions
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently to update customer records, process transactions, and track interactions with precision
- Assist in upselling products or services by identifying customer needs and presenting relevant options confidently




- Support sales initiatives by promoting new offerings and encouraging repeat business through excellent service
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere for all callers
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and improve service delivery continuously

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service roles with strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage
- Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling or problem resolution
- Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies to enhance revenue opportunities
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a multilingual environment, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability
- Basic understanding of analysis tools or software used for tracking customer interactions is preferred
