We are seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable Servers and Bartenders to join our high-end nightlife team in North Toronto. These roles are essential in delivering a welcoming, professional, and elevated guest experience in a fast-paced nightclub and lounge environment.

We are building a premium nightclub and lounge focused on luxury dining, elevated nightlife, and exceptional guest experiences. Our venue features live resident singers every day, creating a vibrant and sophisticated atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Servers

* Provide qualified, attentive, and friendly service to guests

* Greet and assist guests in a warm and confident manner

* Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

* Deliver food and beverages while maintaining high service standards

* Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas

* Work closely with bartenders and other team members during peak hours

Bartenders

* Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages accurately and efficiently

* Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests

* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar

* Handle beverage orders efficiently in a fast-paced nightlife environment

* Maintain consistent drink quality and presentation





* Work closely with servers and other team members to ensure smooth service

* Follow all venue policies and responsible alcohol service standards

Requirements

* Previous serving or bartending experience is preferred

* Candidates with relevant experience and Mandarin-speaking ability will be given preference

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Positive, energetic, and professional attitude

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced nightlife environment

* Team-oriented, reliable, and responsible

* English required; Mandarin Chinese is a strong asset

* Polished, well-groomed, and professional presentation

* Availability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as required
