We are a small public accounting firm in Bolton URGENTLY HIRING a mature senior accountant on a PART TIME basis.

Job Duties

- Prepare year end Financial Statements and working papers
- Complete Corporate and Personal Tax Returns Using Profile software
- Prepare T4s,T5s, ROE and T5018
- Prepare GST/HST, EHT, WSIB, ETD returns and government remittance
- Perform bookkeeping by using accounting software (Sage 50, QuickBooks desktop/online)
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliation
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years experience in public accounting
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Strong understanding of accounting standard
