Ag Dealership Equipment Delivery Driver

KeyAg Kubota, a well-established agricultural, industrial and acreage equipment dealership in Leduc, is looking for an Ag Dealership Equipment Delivery Driver with a safety-first attitude, who is upbeat and can deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This position operates company vehicles and equipment, assists with loading and unloading, completes delivery documentation, and ensures all items are properly handled and transported. The successful candidate will work closely with the Parts, Service, Sales, and Management teams to support daily dealership operations and provide professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely deliver and pick up agricultural equipment, parts, supplies, and materials.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment and materials safely.
- Inspect vehicles, trailers, and loads before and after each trip.
- Complete delivery and pickup documentation accurately and obtain required signatures.
- Follow scheduled delivery routes and timelines.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery and pickup times.
- Coordinate with Parts, Service, Sales, and Management to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Handle equipment and materials carefully to prevent damage.
- Report vehicle, equipment, delivery, or customer issues to Management promptly.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe company vehicles and trailers.
- Follow all applicable transportation, workplace safety, and dealership procedures.
- Assist with yard, warehouse, and equipment movement duties as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a satisfactory driving record.
- Knowledge of safe driving and load securement practices.
- Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and related equipment.
- Good knowledge of local roads and surrounding service areas.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and safety-minded.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle parts and equipment safely.




- Solid attention to detail and accurate paperwork completion.
- Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Previous experience in delivery, transportation, agriculture, or an equipment dealership is an asset.

Education & Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence required.
- Additional driver training or commercial driving certification is an asset.
- Forklift certification or material-handling experience is an asset.
- Previous agricultural, transportation, delivery, or dealership experience is preferred.

Working Conditions

- Regular driving and travel to customer locations, suppliers, job sites, and other dealership locations.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, snow, and wind.
- Regular loading, unloading, securing, and handling of equipment and materials.
- Physical work involving lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking.
- Work may occur in the dealership yard, warehouse, shop, and outdoor customer locations.
- Exposure to noise, dust, dirt, grease, and operating equipment.
- Schedule may vary based on customer needs, deliveries, and seasonal demands.
- Occasional overtime, early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required during peak agricultural seasons.
- Required PPE must be worn and all workplace safety and transportation procedures followed.
