Kinetic Salon is looking for an experienced hairstylist to help build our next chapter.

We’ve been part of West Edmonton for more than 20 years. Today, we’re a small team with room to grow. This is an opportunity to join early in that growth, share your talents and help shape the kind of salon you want to work in.

Who we’re looking for

You enjoy your craft, care about people and want to be involved in something beyond your own appointment book.

You bring ideas and follow through. You’re comfortable asking for help, sharing what you know and receiving feedback. You want to grow your career while helping the business and the people around you succeed.





You’ll need:

- Five or more years of active behind-the-chair experience.
- Strong consultation, cutting, colour, highlighting and finishing skills.
- A hairstylist certificate recognized in Alberta and legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Professional communication, reliable work habits and thoughtful guest care.
- Willingness to follow salon systems, share responsibilities and create photo and video content showcasing your work.

An active guest base is an asset. Additional skills in barbering, extensions, colour correction or long-hair styling are welcome.

Clear pay. A schedule that fits.

This is an employee role with performance-based pay. Our compensation grid covers a range of flexible schedule options. We’ll walk you through the details during your interview.

Full time annual earning potential is $45,000–$85,000, with the grid extending beyond that range. Total earnings depend on hours worked and performance. Compensation is reviewed quarterly.
