CaliClean Services is a growing, fully insured cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Outaouais and Ottawa region.

We specialize in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.

As we continue expanding, we’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to help us grow our client base and secure new cleaning contracts.

This is an excellent opportunity for an independent sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively prospect and generate new residential and commercial cleaning leads.
- Identify opportunities with property management companies, Airbnb owners, real estate professionals, construction companies, offices, and local businesses.
- Conduct cold outreach through phone calls, emails, networking, social media, and in-person visits.
- Qualify potential clients and identify their cleaning needs.
- Present CaliClean Services professionally to prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects, overcome objections, and close recent contracts.
- Coordinate with management to prepare accurate quotes and service agreements.
- Maintain organized records of leads,



follow-ups, and closed accounts.
- Develop long-term relationships that generate recurring business.

This is a full-cycle sales position. You will be responsible for both generating leads and closing sales.

Compensation & Commission Structure

We offer a performance-based compensation structure with uncapped earning potential.

- 15% commission on the first completed cleaning service for each new client acquired.
- 5% recurring commission on eligible repeat cleanings for the first 3 months.
- $100 bonus for each qualifying commercial account successfully secured.
- Commissions are paid after the client has completed payment.
- No commissions are payable for cancelled or unpaid services.

There is no base salary or hourly pay.

The more clients and contracts you secure, the greater your earning potential.

Qualifications

Required:

- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Proven ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to manage your own schedule and sales pipeline.
- Access to a phone, computer, and reliable transportation.

Strong Assets:

- Bilingual in French and English.




- Experience in B2B sales, service-based sales, or commercial contract acquisition.
- Existing professional network in Gatineau and the surrounding Outaouais region.
- Experience working with property managers, real estate professionals, or commercial businesses.

Performance Expectations

We are looking for a proactive sales professional who can work toward the following growth targets:

- Generate 15–25 qualified appointments or sales opportunities weekly.
- Secure 5–10 new residential clients monthly.
- Secure 1–2 new commercial cleaning contracts monthly.
- Consistently follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Targets are performance goals and may be adjusted as the territory and client base develop.
