About the Position

BEC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable QA Specialist / QA Technician to join our team on a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day quality assurance activities, with a primary focus on preparing, reviewing, and maintaining documentation in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

This chance is well suited to someone with previous QA experience who is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable working independently in a documentation-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare, complete, review, and maintain quality assurance documentation in accordance with established SOPs.

* Support SOP documentation management, including document updates, organization, and record maintenance.

* Assist with GMP-related documentation and compliance activities.

* Support the documentation and follow-up of deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and other QA processes.

* Ensure quality records are accurate, complete, properly maintained, and compliant with internal procedures.

* Collaborate with team members to support daily quality assurance operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.





* Familiarity with SOPs, GMP requirements, quality documentation, deviation management, and CAPA processes is preferred.

* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal; French proficiency is an asset.

* Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and documentation accuracy.

* Ability to follow established procedures and manage assigned tasks independently.

* Reliable, professional, and able to work fully on-site in Saint-Laurent.

* Availability to start as soon as possible.

Work Schedule

* Part-time: 15–20 hours per week.

* Flexible working hours.

* Number of working days per week is negotiable.

* No weekend work required.

* Fully on-site position.

Compensation

CAD $32.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
