Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Team Member to help create a welcoming experience for customers and keep daily operations running smoothly. The role may include serving customers, preparing products, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting teammates during busy periods. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, listen to their needs, and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Assist with orders, transactions, and customer questions.
- Prepare and handle products according to workplace procedures and quality standards.
- Keep workstations, shared areas, and equipment clean and organized.
- Restock supplies and notify a supervisor when items are running low.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
- Communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors, and help the team meet daily priorities.




- Perform other related duties as needed.

Requirements

- Solid communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stay organized and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Must meet the physical requirements of the role, which may include standing for extended periods and lifting or moving supplies.

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
