Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Salesperson – Car Sales to guide customers through the vehicle-buying process, from initial inquiry to completed sale. The ideal candidate communicates confidently, builds lasting relationships, and stays organized while managing multiple opportunities. Dealership experience is helpful but not required; training and sales support will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Welcome prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend vehicles that fit their preferences and budget.
- Present vehicle features, arrange test drives, and explain available options clearly and accurately.
- Manage and follow up on leads throughout the sales pipeline, maintaining timely, professional communication.
- Use effective negotiation and upselling skills to help customers select suitable vehicles and related products or services.
- Support customers through the sales process, coordinating with dealership colleagues to ensure a smooth experience.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records and follow dealership procedures.




- Contribute to dealership marketing efforts and customer outreach as appropriate.
- Deliver attentive customer service before, during, and after a sale.

Skills

- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and confidence communicating in person, by phone, and through digital channels.
- Ability to stay organized, follow up consistently, and manage a sales pipeline.
- Comfort with math, including basic calculations and explaining pricing details.
- Interest or experience in retail sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales is an asset.
- Dealership experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with sales support, marketing, or sales management is beneficial.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are welcome; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
