Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Millwright to join our team in North Bay The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing industrial equipment within our manufacturing facility. This role requires a strong mechanical and electrical background, along with expertise in troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, efficiency, and quality are paramount. Candidates should possess excellent analysis skills, technical knowledge, and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Shift: 8 hour days or 12 hour rotating

Pay: $40 - $43/hr

Responsibilities

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment, including conveyors, pumps, motors, etc.
- Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
- Conduct troubleshooting of mechanical components to ensure optimal operation.




- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and parts inventory.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Millwright or industrial electrician with a strong background in mechanical knowledge and industrial maintenance.
- Millwright 433A License.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and mechanical drawings effectively.
- Strong analysis skills to identify root causes of equipment failures quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective teamwork and documentation.
- Relevant certifications or licenses related to industrial maintenance or electrician work are preferred.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
