Harder Agency is looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in building a long-term career from home.

As a Remote Insurance Advisor, you’ll meet with clients virtually to learn about their individual needs, review their current coverage, and provide information about available life insurance and supplemental benefit options. Your role is to help clients better understand their choices so they can make informed decisions for themselves and their families.

You don’t need previous insurance experience to get started. We provide training, ongoing mentorship, and a proven system to help you develop the knowledge and skills needed for the role.

What Your Day Could Look Like

As part of the team, you will:





- Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments.
- Ask questions to better understand their needs and existing coverage.
- Educate clients on available life insurance and supplemental benefit options.
- Help clients identify solutions appropriate for their individual circumstances.
- Answer questions and provide ongoing client support.
- Follow up with clients and develop long-term professional relationships.
- Participate in regular training, coaching, and professional development.
- Continue developing your skills as you work toward personal and career goals.

Previous insurance experience is not required. Training is provided, and candidates who need to obtain their LLQP licence will receive guidance throughout the licensing process.

Pay: $55,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
