Full-Time Property Maintenance Labourer

Seasonal Solutions Inc. is a locally owned property maintenance company operating since 2012. We service commercial and condominium properties throughout Sherwood Park and Edmonton, providing lawn maintenance, snow removal, parking lot sweeping, and line painting.

We are hiring reliable, full-time team members looking for steady, year-round work with growth opportunities. This role is best suited for individuals who value reliability and consistent attendance.

Role Overview

Winter (Oct 15 – Apr 15)

- Sidewalk snow clearing using shovels, scrapers, backpack blowers and snowblowers
- Guaranteed monthly salary regardless of snowfall
- Overtime paid after exceeding full time hours in any 2 week pay period.
- On-call availability required during snow events
- Reliable attendance is mandatory

Spring / Summer / Fall (Apr 15 – Oct 15)

- Commercial and residential lawn maintenance
- Operation of commercial mowers, trimmers, ride-on and walk-behind equipment
- Typical schedule: 4 × 10-hour days during the summer months. More hours available during the spring season.

Additional after-hours work may be available (line painting, sweeping, etc.).

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- Minimum age: 16+
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with clean abstract
- Reliable transportation to shop (Southeast Edmonton)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions




- Available on-call during winter, including early mornings.
- Strong reliability and availability during early mornings and snow events.
- Willing to work extended or variable hours due to weather conditions
- Background check required

Assets (Not Required, But Valued)

- Mechanical aptitude (small engines, trucks, trailers, skid steers)
- Comfortable operating a truck and trailer, including backing into tight spaces
- Experience in snow removal, landscaping, construction, or property maintenance
- Experience operating skid steers or similar compact equipment

Compensation

Summer: $22–$35/hour (based on experience)
Winter: $3,500–$4,500/month salaried (on-call for winter season)
OR part-time / casual hourly work available

- 1-month probationary pay period

Pay: $3,500.00-$4,500.00 per month
