Overview
Milestone Marketing is a Rogers-authorized dealer looking to hire for the full-time Customer Sales Representative position in downtown Calgary and surrounding cities. We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our growing team! This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, setting goals, and developing new professional skills.

No previous sales experience is required. Our comprehensive training program provides the product knowledge, sales techniques, and hands-on coaching you need to get started. We welcome individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

- Meet one-on-one with new and existing Rogers customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Promote and sell Rogers wireless, internet, TV, home phone, home security, and business services.
- Educate customers on product features, pricing, promotions, and available service plans.
- Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and recommend relevant products and services.
- Work toward individual and team sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Process new activations, upgrades, account changes, and service requests accurately.




- Provide excellent customer service.
- Stay informed about Rogers products, promotions, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required — entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to complete the required background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00-$1,322.88 per week
