Duties

- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians including wound care and dressing requirements
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition or emergency situations.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, pain management techniques, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.




- Complete detailed assessments and coordinate treatment plans

Skills

- Proficiency in pain management strategies to enhance patient comfort.
- Exceptional patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
- Ability to perform acute care assessments and interventions effectively.
- Experience in home care settings is beneficial for providing personalized patient support.
- Strong organizational skills
