Skye Cannabis Sales Associate - Part Time

The position:

The Skye Cannabis Sales Associates will be the first line of contact with our consumers. As the public face of the company they are responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services that Skye Cannabis Co. offers.

The duties:

Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
Carrying out retail transactions
Achieving established goals.

Directing customers to merchandise within the store. Increasing in store sales.
Superior product knowledge.
Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor. Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers. Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

The required skills/ qualifications:

Minimum 19+ years of age
Prior retail or customer service experience is required
Cannabis knowledge is an asset
Any and all other training that is now or will be Provincially and/or Federally required
