Join Our Team: Front Desk Person at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness, Kelowna

For 10 years, Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Kelowna has been part of our community, and we’re about to open the next chapter.

We’re opening a brand-new, modern studio with everything our members love: yoga and fitness classes in infrared heat, plus reformer Pilates classes. We’re building a team of people who light up a room, and we want you at the front desk.

The role
As our front desk person, you’re the first face members see and the heart of the studio. You’ll make every visit feel welcoming, energizing and easy, from the first hello to the last goodbye.

You’ll be a great fit if you

- Love interacting with people and make everyone feel at home
- Are friendly, positive and full of energy
- Know the fitness industry and speak the language of studios and members
- Have sales experience, which we strongly prefer, and enjoy helping people find the right membership
- Are organized, reliable and comfortable with booking and payment software

What you’ll do

- Welcome members and guests and check them in for classes




- Give tours of the studio to new members and show them what makes us special
- Answer questions about classes, memberships and pricing, in person, by phone and by email
- Sell memberships, class packages, and help people get started
- Manage bookings, sign-ups and payments in Mindbody
- Keep the studio clean, tidy and welcoming, so every member walks into a space they love
- Work with our instructors and help create a outstanding studio community
