Our front desk is the first thing patients remember about us. And the last.

I'm Avi, founder of Precision Physiotherapy Group. We have 18 clinics across Ontario, and this role is the heart of the clinic you'd join. You're not just booking appointments. You decide whether a patient feels looked after, comes back for the next visit and finishes their plan.

Here's the part that's different: you don't need healthcare experience. We'll teach you the insurance, the billing and the software through a 30 day onboarding program. What we can't teach is who you are.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- You remember names, details and what you promised. People notice that.
- You catch the typo, the double booking and the wrong code before it goes out.
- You like sales in the honest way: helping someone say yes to something that's positive for them.
- When something goes wrong you say "that was me, here's the fix."
- You treat the clinic like it's yours.
- You learn fast and ask for more responsibility, not less.
- You help your teammates without being asked.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Greet every patient like we were expecting them
- Book, confirm and rebook, and keep the schedule full
- Explain care plans and help patients commit to them
- Handle insurance, direct billing, WSIB and MVA claims (we train you step by step)
- Collect payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Follow up on every cancellation, no show and patient who hasn't rebooked
- Keep patient records accurate in our EMR
- Support our clinicians so the whole day runs smoothly

ABOUT EXPERIENCE

If you've worked in a physio, chiro or private healthcare clinic, great. If you've worked in sales, hospitality, retail, banking or a call centre, also great, as long as you were the person people trusted with things.



We hire for attitude and aptitude. We train the rest.

WHERE THIS CAN GO

This is not a dead end desk. Our patient coordinators grow into Lead Patient Coordinator, Operations Manager, Clinic Manager and, for the right person, Regional Manager overseeing multiple clinics.

And it goes further than titles. One of our patient coordinators is now a shareholder in one of our clinics, and we want to do it again for the A+ players who take real ownership. Start at the front desk. Where you finish is up to you.

THIS IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF

You want a quiet desk job, you need to be told every step, or you see patients as tasks. Everything you do here is visible. Some people love that. Some don't. Both are fine, just be honest with yourself.
