The role

This is a part time, salaried sales role of about 24 hours per week in 4-hour shifts. Working with company-provided leads, you will match investor clients with pre-construction projects.

What you'll do

- Contact and qualify company-provided leads

- Explain pre-construction projects and their investment rationale to clients in Canada and abroad

- Keep your pipeline current in the CRM

- Follow up consistently and move clients toward a decision

- Arrange and lead site visits

- Support clients through to closing

- Build long-term relationships with repeat investors





What we're looking for

- Active RECO registration (required)

- Interest in investment-focused, pre-construction real estate

- Organized, persistent follow-up

- Comfort with a CRM

- Strong ethics, a good attitude and commitment

Compensation

- $50,000 gross salary offer, made up of:

- $24,000 fixed base, paid as $2,000/month

- up to $26,000 more on achieving sales targets

- Incentives of up to 30% of net revenue on achieving targets

- Quarterly goal sheet, which can raise your base salary by up to 10%

Schedule

- 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM shifts (Tuesday to Saturday in office, Monday work from home, Sunday off)

- 5 days from the office, 1 day work from home, 1 day off
