Job Title: Dietary Aide

Job Type: Full- Time & Part time

Hourly Wage: $16 – $18 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aides to join our team. In this role, you will participate in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, supporting the preparation and service of meals to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include serving and delivering food, as well as maintaining cleanliness through dishwashing and general kitchen sanitation. You will play an important role in ensuring food quality, safety standards, and a positive dining experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with meal service and food delivery to residents

* Support kitchen operations, including setup and cleanup

* Perform dishwashing and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas

* Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met

* Provide excellent customer service in a patient-focused environment

* Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Strong English verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

* Ability to follow safe work procedures





* Strong time management and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to work independently with attention to detail

* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

* Physical ability to perform job-related tasks

* **Valid Food Handler Certification is required**

* Willingness to complete a Criminal Record Check and required immunizations

* Previous dietary aide or food service experience is an asset

Additional Requirements:

* Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (two doses of a government-approved vaccine, with at least 14 days since the final dose)

* Proof of vaccination will be required prior to employment
